Jargon free training

In any business there will be ‘jargon’. I just choose not to use it.

Let me give you an example, this is a picture of a WYSIWYG editor:

When I am training my clients… I usually use the term “the editor”. And before that, I would have refered to it as “the bit that looks like a word document”.

Anyway… WYSIWYG only stands for “What You See Is What You Get”… learning something new is difficult enough, the last thing you need is the training using words you will never hear or need again.

I use real words for real people.
